They simply do not know what they are doing when activating a phone.I had a phone with a plan already and they told me that I had to get a new number when all I wanted was a Meid/esn changed to my new phone.
I had just paid my bill and I had to pay another 55plan for no reason. He didn't even do the rihht procedure and call the carrier to change the esn.
Bad Experience for my first time going there .Then I called and told me they can't reimburse my money at all for their mistake.
